Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value enterprise customers. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in enterprise sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
  • Build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and C-suite decision-makers within your territory.
  • Use your skills to develop opportunities through cold and warm leads, as well as whitespace prospecting.
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for accounts, aligning with customer business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal ProcesBolt’s resources to meet customer business needs.
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Communicate ProcessBolt’s value proposition to existing and new customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in a net new enterprise sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a team to accomplish goals.
