Step 1: Review Your Knowledge Base
Login to ProcessBolt.
If you don’t have a login, start a 14-Day Trial or Contact Us.
If you have previously responded to a client assessment through ProcessBolt or uploaded previous questionnaires, you will see a listing of the number of questions in your profile. (i.e. Knowledge Base items: 577).
Click on the Manage knowledge base blue button to see the questions/answers in your profile.
Please note: If you’d like to upload past security questionnaires to the Knowledge Base, send them to us at hello@processbolt.com and we will upload them for you.
Step 2: Install ProcessBolt AirLink
Download and install our AirLink Chrome Plug-In and/or Microsoft Extension. AirLink allows you to connect your client questionnaire to the Knowledge Base.

Step 3: Start a Questionnaire
Open Excel, Word or Chrome and login to AirLink with your ProcessBolt credentials. The ProcessBolt ID is listed under “Organization Settings” in the left navigation of the portal.
Open a new questionnaire and you will connect into the Knowledge Base via AirLink. Watch the video to the right for a sample of how to do that with Chrome.
Step 4: Complete the Questionnaire
